"The property was very clean, nicely decorated and easy to find your way around. VERY enjoyable visit!! The 5th floor lounge was also an enjoyable place to relax for the evening as was the lobby! The morning comp breakfast was very nice, BUT, No decaf coffee!! I don’t drink it, but I heard other guests asking WHY not!!"

"Linda and Gary were fantastic hosts. We were having troubles with the tv sign in and they stopped by on their way back from being out to help us out. We had a wonderful visit with them and got to meet and get to know them first hand. We also saw Gary while we were packing the car to leave and visited with him again. The place was very clean and well kept, and very comfortable and felt like home. Was also in a great location close to the harbor district and great places to eat. Enjoyed visiting the attractions in the area. Definitely will be back."

"We loved this newly renovated cottage for our girls weekend! The location is so convenient, and everything was great. A few things to note: the third bedroom is a finished room in the partially finished basement and there’s no bathroom down there. The en suite shower is about the size of a camper shower but it is very clean! The primary bed is VERY FIRM!! The area around Ashtabula is chock full of fun, so we need to book it again for 4 days instead of 2 to give us time to enjoy the great kitchen and backyard!! We especially enjoyed Walnut Beach, the shops and tavern in Ash Harbor, and Ohio winery country. And be sure to save some calories for Frosty Harbor!!"

"Stellar! We knew it was going to be nice, but it exceeded our expectations. Rachel and Bill are excellent hosts and the property is well appointed. Very tranquil. We even saw a bald eagle. The location is excellent. Close to shopping, attractions and the beaches of Lake Erie. We will definitely be back!"
