Par contre l'annonce est mensongère: uniquement le 1er et le 2ème étage nous ont été mis à disposition, le rez-de-chaussée de 100m2 (qui n'avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée) et la cave de 80m2 ont été fermés par Annita dès le dimanche matin avec l'explication qu'ils étaient réservés à l'usage privé... Enfin, il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que la 4ème minuscule chambre n'est accessible qu'en passant par une autre chambre à 2 petits lits et doit donc être réservée à un enfant. Ma fille de 24 ans a préféré installer son matelas dans le séjour plutôt que de l'utiliser! De villa is volledig voorzien van Airco, zeker in de periode juni,juli augustus een must, met een eigen parkeerplek onder de woning. De tuin is meer een siertuin, geen grasveld o.i.d . Het terras op de 3e verdieping is zeer ruim en bevat stoelen en ligbedden van prima kwaliteit. Wij waren in augustus 2020 in de villa , het was toen uitzonderlijk warm, zeker op het terras. De villa leent zich bij uitstek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving in midden Sardinië maar ook richting Oost en Westkust (Orosei /Oristano ) te verkennen, schitterende stranden en mooie kusten, het wegennet is prima. Nabij gelegen Nationale natuurparken ideaal voor wandelaars. Oliena heeft alle basis voorzieningen, grote supermarkt een patisserie, restaurant maar verder als dorp niet zoveel te bieden.
