  • Child friendly, comfortable terraced house "Olešná", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the edge of the forest, 500 m from the lake. Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop, outdoor swimming pool 17 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km, swimming bay 2 km, natural swimming pond 500 m. Tennis 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Upper floor: large living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Tolles Feriendomizil

Sehr gepflegter Haus mit einer schönen und zweckmäßigen Einrichtung. Tolle und ruhige Lage. Eine sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Auch unsere Hunde Dame war absolut kein Problem und wurde freundlich begrüßt

Super Kurzurlaub

Wir waren als Paar mit (kleinem) Hund, Oma und einer vier köpfigen Familie (zwei kleine Kinder, 3 und 4 Jahre) für einen Kurzurlaub unterwegs. Die Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und verständnissvoll. Trotz der kleinen "Herausforderung", dass die Vermieterin kein Deutsch spricht, konnten wir mit Handyübersetzer alles gut klären. Das Haus ist eher etwas 70er eingerichtet. Die Bäder neu. Aber rundum alles funktionell. Es ist auch komplett eingezäunt. Der Pool war sauber und echt klasse.

Wirklich Klasse

Sehr sauberes Haus, alles wirklich so wie beschrieben. Der Pool war Klasse und reicht völlig aus zum abkühlen. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Die sitzecke im Garten hat leider keine Beleuchtung, mit langlebigen Kerzen wird es trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank für super nette und freundliche Betreuung. Vermieterin ist jederzeit auch erreichbar, falls man Fragen hat.

Total begeistert

Ein gepflegtes Haus und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ein mehrsprachiges Fernsehprogramm wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag und der Einbau einer Wäscheschleuder paralell zu der Campingwaschmaschine. Sonst blieben keine Wünsche offen und der Pool war ein Traum.

Sehr schönes Ferienobjekt

Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, überschaubar und sehr gepflegt, einschließlich des Pools. Auch das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch mit der Ausstattung waren wir rundum zufrieden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch mit der Tochter der Vermieterin hatten wir einige Male Kontakt. Sie war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Spitze!

-Sehr sauber, -Bäder und WC waren neu -Küche war komplett eingerichtet (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster,Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw.) -Pool wurde mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. -Zaun war 100% Hundesicher -Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, war bei Problemen innerhalb von 5 Minuten vor Ort -Internet sehr schnell und zuverlässig (Sky, Amazon Prime konnte man problemlos streamen) -einzigster kleiner Kritikpunkt, der Grill sollte mal erneuert werden.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus

In erster Linie möchten wir uns ganz herzlich für die freundlichen Gastgeber des Hauses bedanken. Sie waren jeden Tag erreichbar und standen uns zur jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus war genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Man konnte sich sehr gut erholen und hatte keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn. Die Ausflugsziel waren auch mit Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus und Tschechien ist weiterzuempfehlen. Für uns Wiederholungsbedarf.

Rundum wohl

Besonders gefallen hat uns die gedeckte Pergola im hübschen Garten mit kleinem Pool. Dann gab es da auch die zweite Pergola mit Doppelbett.

er was veel achterstalling onder houd de douche was niet schoon en lekte naar beneden toe . toen wij aan kwamen was het huis niet gelucht dus stonk er erg muf. de eigenaar kon slecht duits of engels maar was wel erg vriendelijk dus dat was een plus punt

Man kunne ikke lukke døren til badeværelset og da affaldet skulle sorteres havde det været rart med en engelsk/tysk forklaring på hvor de forskellige ting skulle placeres. Samtidig virkede ejeren af huset sur da han kom da vi skulle hjem, fordi min søn under oprydning havde hældt cola i køkkenvasken og glemt at skylle efter. Altså vi betalte for rengøring ....

Ein sehr schönes Domizil, Erholung perfekt

Wir haben uns hier vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt, auf individuelle Wünsche wurde von Seiten der Vermieter sehr nett eingegangen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier am richtigen Platz. Unweit des Ortes Olesna liegt Pisek, hier bekommt man alles was man zum Leben braucht und wir haben auch gute Restaurants besucht und schöne Spaziergänge durch die Stadt unternommen. An heißen Tagen kann man sich am eigenen Pool entspannen. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank an Familie XXX

Immer wieder eine Reise wert

Haben eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool verbracht.Das Haus war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.Waren 4 Ewachsene und 2 Kinder und sind uns einig wir kommen wieder.Wer keinen Luxus sucht sondern einen erholsamen Urlaub ist die Unterkunft weiter zu empfehlen. Grüße aus Mittelfranken
