  • Located in Sant Miquel d'Olèrdola, Alt Penedès, Ca la iaia is a welcoming rural house of 120 m² for up to 6 guests. You have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped private kitchen. The property offers mountain views and includes Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, and climate control with heat pumps. Families with children will appreciate the cot, childcare services, and shared toys and books. The house has step-free indoor access.



    Outside, enjoy your private garden with covered and uncovered terraces overlooking Olèrdola Castle. The outdoor pool is shared with the owners and has a pergola area for relaxing. You can also use the private barbecue for outdoor dining, and beach towels are provided for your comfort.



    There is shared street parking. Events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors for safety and environmental reasons. When using the pool, proper swimwear is required and diving is not allowed. Music should be kept at a reasonable volume to respect the neighbors. Check-in and check-out times are flexible; just confirm your approximate arrival time in advance so we can welcome you personally.



    The property is surrounded by nature, near Garraf Natural Park, with easy access to Vilafranca, Vilanova, and Sitges. The AP7, C-15, and C-31 highways are close by and the airport is very near. To explore the area comfortably and freely, we recommend having your own vehicle or renting a car upon arrival, as the property is in a rural setting.
