Welcome to our cosy newly refurbished 2bed house, perfect for getaway to Manchester or Dove-stones. Whether you're families, contractors, business traveler's or intrepid adventurer looking for a comfortable base for your exploration or simply seeking a tranquil retreat in close proximity to the breath taking natural beauty of Dove-stones surroundings, our property is ideal. With its lovely character, stunning modern touches, cosy feel and great transport links, this gem will not disappoint.  
  
This modern terraced house sleeps up to 8 guests, and was completely refurbished in mid February 2025.  
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.  
The large Kitchen-Diner has a fully fitted kitchen where you will find a fridge/freezer, stove & oven and various kitchen essentials alongside all usual utensils needed allowing guests to prepare meals at their leisure.   
  
All essentials such as towels, toiletries & hotel-quality bedlinen, are included.  
  
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests in total, with the following bed configuration:  
\- Bedroom 1 (Mid Floor): 1xKing bed  
\- Bedroom 2 (Mid Floor): 1xSingle bed and 2xDouble beds  
The main bathroom with bath & over-bath shower is on the same floor as the rooms.  
  
This is a quiet, spacious and comfortable property ideal for all guest types including contractors, corporates, tourists and families.  
Unlimited Free Superfast Wifi is provided.  
  
You have full exclusive use of the house and rear backyard during your stay.
