About this property

Charming apartment in an old building near the center

  • From this centrally located accommodation, you can reach all the major attractions in no time: city centre (15-minute walk), Olantis, theatres, museums, the train station, and so much more…
Shops and public transport stops are just a two-minute walk away.
There’s plenty of parking available on the street.

We’ve completely renovated the apartment over the past few weeks and furnished it with great attention to detail. The two bedrooms, the living room, the large kitchen, the entryway, the bathroom with a tub, and the terrace are stylish, cosy, and perfect for relaxing!
The kitchen and bathroom are, of course, fully equipped, and Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are available for your use in the apartment.
We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home!
