She was very helpful and detailed during the check in. There was also a personalized welcome message when I arrived to my room, and I thought that was a nice touch. It is also conveniently located, so it is easy to get around the city centre."

We were able to leave our bags even when we had checked out and were astounded by how cheap our stay was for the quality of what we recieved. Overall a great experience! "

"The hotel has a serious staffing problem - reception closed at 1pm the day of our arrival and 2pm when we departed. This was a problem; we needed a place to leave our luggage until our train at 6pm and quite reasonably expected to do so at our hotel, but we were denied. Otherwise, Gideon is a first-rate hotel, which makes the service failure really glaring and troublesome."

Modest but immaculate rooms, some modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and cable, and a friendly welcoming staff. Full buffet breakfast is a deal at €10. The hotel is steps away from numerous traditional Nuremberg restaurants. Highly recommended!"
