We could not figure out how to work the heat in the bathroom though so it was very cold in there. Not saying it wasn’t there we just couldn’t figure it out. It is in the red light district which we don’t care about, but there were some weird guys hanging out later at night. Finding the right door to go in was a challenge but I called and they walked us through it. They responded immediately. It was very cramped. Not much space. The property was nice and quiet during my stay although I discovered that it is in the Red Light District. Could not load up passport. Used email & the response was quick. App sent & easier than I thought. The location was reasonable but in a strip club area . It was clean & modern. It had a great balcony but we didn't use because of weather. Kitchenette was great. The big downfall for us was the stairs. Going up 5 flights of stairs with luggage. Not for the over 65's. I was on the top floor and some of the windows didn't have blinds so when the sun came up at 5 in the morning I was awake. You should know that the hotel is in the middel of an area with strip clubs, gambling places, and the red light district. Also there is no reception, and check-in plus opening the door of your apartment works with your phone. Das Bett und die Kissen sind leider sehr hart und die Umgebung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aushang mit QR Code der einen auf den Betreiber von QR Codes weiterleitet aber nicht einchecken läßt. Teilweise kein Empfang. Die 2\. Dame mit der ich sprach war aeusserst ungehalten , nicht verstehend daß jemand anders der nicht den ganzen Tag check in macht, sondern in der Form daß erstmal, das ganze nicht in der Erklärgeschwindigkeit nachvollziehen kann. sehr ärgerlich war das. Der Fernseher bietet etliche Apps aber alles nur zum bezahlen. Kein normaler Empfang von gängigen Fernsehprogrammen . Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Komplette Kaos. Angezeigt war ein 28m² Apartment mit kingsize Bett, Spülmaschine, usw. Das gab's nicht im Zimmer war schmutzig, eher 12,5m² (Bad inklusiv) - ich bin Architekt, habe selbst aufgesessen. Mein check in war am 31.12 um 15 Uhr und nach meheren Emails und Telefonaten, auch mit der Beratung von Hotels.com, das "Angebot" war das ich einfach das Zimmer verlassen könnte. Ich hatte einen schönen Silvester Abebdessen in einen grossen Zimmer geplant, den natürlich nicht stattfand. Apartments in oldtown is situated next to night club and in that area there is other 2-3 night clubs and also gambling places. Kind of a redlight of Nurnberg. The apartment is clean and silent but communication was so hard with hotel staff.
