The reception staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The housekeeping service was phenomenal. The hotel is just awesome! Anything you could need or want is right there for you. It was my first time in Canada and I was very impressed. I highly recommend!!!

The bathroom was very small for five and the beds did a lot of noise, I thing there was a plastic in the mattress I guess.

"Matt a bellhop was so helpful. He dropped off at different locations with our elderly parents at no charge and picked us up at various locations. Concierge (lady) got us tickets to ferry and museum, Ali g with dinner reservations. The service was great. We will be back"
