This cool (rustic meets modern) two story cape style house with an open floor concept features 4 bedrooms all with dedicated air conditioners (sleeps 6-12), brand new stainless steel appliances, three smart TVs, with new tile and wood floors and is a short walk from Old Orchard Beach. Walk or bike (just over ½ mile) or park for free in 2 dedicated 24-hour beach parking spots (at the beach) on Milliken Street parking lot that also offers changing rooms, showers and bathrooms. You can also take a trolly, which is located 250 feet away from the house at Jimmy the Greek’s Restaurant, and stops at 8 beach locations. $2 per person Children 5 and under ride free! Located just outside of the Ocean Park section of Old Orchard beach, you can enjoy walking & nature trails, bike trails, dog paths and tennis courts, all in one of the coolest little beach communities in Maine. The home features a great room, all new furniture, five air conditioners, a bar and pellet stove. The fully equipped kitchen opens out onto a rear deck with a Napoleon BBQ grill, a Blackstone 36” flat top griddle, and small charcoal grill. The rear yard has a privacy fence, and has corn hole and a horse shoe pit. The driveway parks four vehicles. There is also plenty of on-street parking available. Two first-floor bedrooms each feature Queen beds. The second-floor features two bedrooms; one with a queen and twin bed, the other has two full-size beds and a twin. There is a full bath on the main floor, a half-bath on the second floor, and a large private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (If rented in offseason the outside shower will be winterized leaving one full bath and one half bath) We’re walking distance (with in 2 blocks) of famous Jimmy the Greek’s Bar Brick Oven Pizza and Arcade, a Potvin's wine and liquor store, Dunk’n Donuts, 7-11 and lots of restaurants and eateries. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the appliances seemed brand new and furniture was clean and stylish. It was also nice having a 24 hour convenience store, a bar and restaurant, and a liquor store all within walking distance from the backyard. It is very cozy and well furnished. Thoughtful touches (a spare toothbrush in the bathroom, mosquito repellent near the patio door) made us feel even more welcome. The outdoor shower is a brilliant touch after those afternoons at the beach! The location is very central, close to the main beaches and minutes from groceries and restaurants. ##### Jean-Francois C. It's a neat house with enough beds to sleep for 8-10 people. The only downside is one shower. There is another one with hot watter outside of the house but when it's cold outside you may not want to use it. The house if fully stuffed with home appliances, dishes and cookware. They even provided complimentary Keurig coffee cups, some water and beer. Overall it's a good property. ##### Victor A. As for the house itself, everything was super well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our stay. The layout is fantastic for cooking and entertaining, both inside and outside. Lots of space to hang out, grill, eat, and relax. Plus, so much original woodwork throughout makes this place really unique. Looking forward to visiting again! ##### Jeannie M. Perfect for an extended stay at Old Orchard beach. We had a wonderful time here. The house was very clean and organized upon arrival. Overall we had 6 adults and 6 children ranging in ages of 1-8 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and sleep. We really enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole set in the backyard. The backyard shower was a nice bonus for those hot days coming back from the beach. It was a short drive to the beach and the parking passes definitely came in handy! Everyone had a great experience and we look forward to coming back in the future. ##### William A. Finally a Vrbo that is stocked appropriately for the amount of guests. There were more then enough towels and hand towels. Silverware, plates, cups, etc. super clean!! They even had extra toothbrushes and medicine. The best was that the fridge was stocked with water and fresh butter and spices. I was fully impressed. Give this stay a 5 star review. This owner thought of everything. Even had stuff for an outdoor bbq. Thank you for the best stay. ##### Kristin S. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were awesome. The layout was perfect for us. The outdoor shower was so nice and the pressure was fantastic. Everything was available to us…from lobster pot and utensils to fancy glassware to grills to lawn games to fluffy towels to comfortable beds and furniture. Add in spices and paper towels plenty of storage space. Front porch to watch people passing by. Side yard with fire pit and horse shoes. Back deck and concrete walkway to shower that offered a robe for convenience. The welcoming bottles of wine were a wonderful touch. The trolley was a short walk.
