  • This cozy condo sleeps 6 comfortably - 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 full) and a king size pull-out couch ( linens/towels not provided). 1 bathroom. All furnishings in condo have been updated (mattress, couches, tables etc), full kitchen. Amazing ocean views - Sit on the deck and watch the fireworks every Thursday night. Off street parking, laundry services, heated pool, flat screen TV & Wifi, 4 beach chairs. Half mile walk to pier, amusement park, shops, restaurants. No pets... Oct-may 3 night minimum

Perfect Summer Beach Week

It was the perfect week! We had sun, relaxation, and fun! This condo had everything we needed and the layout was great to keep everyone happy with places to be together as a family or spend time in peaceful reflection. The views and ocean breezes were just what the doctor ordered! And as if that was not enough, the amazing neighbors sealed the deal to make us want to always come back here! Thank you for sharing your home!

We'll be back

Everything was great, especially the view! The condo was just the right size for the five of us and had everything we needed. With three young children, we were back and forth between the beach and pool multiple times a day, they were both so close to the condo. Having the laundry on-site was really helpful, and Jodi answered all my questions quickly. We loved it and are already planning to return next summer.

The host is very kind, quick to respond and made the whole trip very easy, beautiful place to stay literally steps from the osean, amazing views of the beach and ocean right from the living room, the home is very nicely furnished and is a great place to stay 10/10! ☆☆☆☆☆

Convenient Location

I booked this property on my iPhone. Apparently this apartment has no towels or bedding and no where in the listing through my app and device did it mention this. I have read and re-read everything. Clicked on every button and to this day can not find that info. So it was a little frustrating to arrive after we had been on the road for close to 23 hours to find out we needed to drive another 30+ min to purchase items I assumed would be included. This was an additional $100 spent that we weren’t planning on and more space taken in our vehicle following the stay. Additionally, this listing stated laundry services were available but requires a key which we did not have. We were traveling with small children as well as teenagers. It is a lot of work, so when I arrive to a place I have researched and booked, I want it to be a brief moment in time where we can all relax. These hiccups just didn’t allow me to reach the relax point. Owner was quick to respond and apparently this info is listed in other listings. She did help make the situation a little better but I still left disappointed. Maybe if I had booked off of a laptop the listing would have presented differently and this could have all been avoided. Either way, its an unfortunate misunderstanding. Property was clean. Location was convenient. The view was very nice. I think a better check in/out description in the app would make things more clear for future guest and spelling out in detail how to use laundry services. Making sure it is very clear and obvious that towels and sheets are not provided is also something I would strongly recommend.

Très bien près d’une belle section de la plage. Un peu loin du centre à pied mais on a tout de même beaucoup apprécié nos vacances. Je recommanderais l’endroit à mes amis.

Apt 303 Grandview Condo

Our stay was pleasant. The condo could have been cleaned more throughly. Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times during the evening but my husband was still able to work in the mornings without interruption. Complex is kept clean, bbq grills were convenient. It would be nice to have a common area to eat outside. I rented linens from cottage linens which was convenient but pricey. Walk to town is about an mile. The number listed on Vrbo is the wrong # for the listing. Grateful the person called me back and told me she gets multiple calls and gave me the correct # to call. Overall it was an okay stay here….

My family has been visiting this area of Maine for 4 generations. This condo has proximity to everything: the beach, the pier, shopping, family/children’s activities, antiques and most importantly amazing restaurants.

Perfect rental

The condo was perfect for our girls weekend away. It was cute, spacious and well equipped. The view was AMAZING! Proximity to the beach and area attractions was great. Working with Jodi was a pleasure. I would highly recommend it! Best weekend ever!

This place was great! The owners were super punctual with questions and or issues we had. There were no issues with internet like some of the reviews we read. We had 2 phones 4 iPads and my husbands work computer on the WiFi and had no issues. Would totally stay there again!!!

Nice location

Liked being near the beach yet away from the crowds. Clean and comfortable. Wish I hadn't lost track of days and left a day early 🤦‍♂️. Hope to return next year.

Great location

Property was easy to locate, great view, easy access to the beach, short walk to the Pier and restaurants. Kitchen has everything you need however it could use a couple more kitchen towels and sponges to do the dishes. We only had one little issue not getting the television to work in the bedroom but it wasn't really that big of a deal. The space is plenty big enough for a family of five and for everyone to sleep comfortably. We definitely will come back.

Easy!!!

Parking is next to beach access. This was great feature. You don’t have to bring the beach chairs/toys up three flights every time you leave the beach. We used the car as beach item storage. Also, nice warm water to rinse your feet at the bottoms of the stairs. Anyone with kids appreciates these features. Room itself was just what we needed. Great view, couple of chairs for relaxing on deck, cable for late day movie/nap & everything you need for cooking meals. We have a 10 & 4 year olds and we were very comfy.
