"When I arrived and checked in, the restroom trash from the room I checked into was still there. It had feminine products from whomever stayed there before me. I told the staff and no one, no manager nor cleaning personnel came to my room. I was not even offered to change into a new clean room, for that reason, I will not be staying there ever again. "

"I called the front desk at around 8pm saying my toilet was clogged. He offered to move me to a different room which I did. Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. "

"The home was beautifully decorated, clean and all of the beds were SO comfortable. The host was easy to reach, kind and very quick to support our requests. We had a full house and never felt cramped for room. The neighborhood was quiet, we enjoyed time on the back patio and would definitely recommend the home to others. "
