"Charged me for $30 dollars for valet parking when I didn’t even have a car during my stay. I called multiple times and was told the refund was processed. 2 weeks went by and it still wasnt processed so I called again and finally after that the date of the refund was today. The staff lied about the refund for a bogus charge that never even should have occurred. Not sure if they are crooks or incompetent."

"Hotel is beautifully designed for Architectural Digest, but poorly designed for hotel guests — e.g only two tiny drawers and six hangers for storing clothes. Which may be fine for a business traveler staying for one night, but not for a couple staying for 5 nights. Reception staff asked if they could do anything to help, but of course it is too late for that. Potential guests should have had an input in the initial design."

"I read some recent reviews. I was there during the St. Patrick's day festivities. I must say some people clearly did no research before booking. This hotel is in a historic district and is a historic building. The furniture and design are appropriate for the area its in. There weren't a lot of modern accommodations which was fine. The room was clean. The bathroom could use brighter lighting by the shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. You can walk everywhere. I will definitely stay there again."
