It is not a real hotel. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. No water in the room. You have to text to find out information, because they won’t even allow phone calls. They should warn you to reserve parking ahead of time. Bed was lumpy

"Our first king room had nice decor, a river view - but freeway noise was so bad we moved to an interior queen room that was much smaller but quieter for the remainder of our stay.
