There's a safeway right next door which we didn't find until the day before we left but for future reference its walking distance. The walk to the lake was so close. "

Our bedroom’s window didn’t close all the way so a bit chilly at night but it was fine. The fireplace kept us warm. Also, the main TV didn’t work but we were out most of the time. "Besides that there are no people physically present at the lobby everything was great. Lobby was locked for the entire time we were there, so when we needed hot water or plastic spoons and forks - there was nobody to reach out to. "

"Amazing view of the lake from both 2nd and 3rd floors. The communication from the property manager was excellent and on-time. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Great walkability to coffee, ice cream, and pizza shops. Only complaint is that both toasters were broken. We will definitely rent again and recommend to friends."

"Likeside unit does not mean beach front unit. So manage your expectations. The room was a bit worn but I understand each unit has a different owner so I don't think the condition is the same in each room. They do not provide daily housekeeping."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy, spotless home in Kings Beach. The house was much larger than we expected, perfect for a larger group and very family‑friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and it’s an easy 15‑minute walk to downtown Kings Beach. Communication with the owner was impeccable—she was extremely accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions. Everything we wanted to do was within about a 20‑minute drive, including Northstar Village. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place."
