PRETTY HOLIDAY HOUSE in villa of only 3 apartments, convenient to the famous beach Mare and Rocce di Pittulongu. Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, mezzanine with another two / three beds, double bedroom, bathroom and veranda furnished with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. Present TV, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space; the villa is surrounded by a large enclosed garden, therefore ideal for allowing any children to play in peace. The beaches of Mare e Rocce and Bados are easily reached on foot and in the immediate vicinity there are all the main services of Pittulongu; just beyond the beaches of the Pellicano and the Squalo. For larger groups there are two rooms in the same villa that can accommodate up to 4 people and a three-room apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people; therefore altogether it is a villa with 12 beds.
