The room had a funky smell when we first walked in, but seemed to disappear. It was clean. The staff was nice. The hotel gives a relaxing vibe. The bar only had one person working there, so that was hard on her. The restrooms downstairs were dirty.

Definitely need updated outlets with USB ports. Outlets on lamp didn’t work. No USB ports at all. Surprising for these days.

Amazing food, pool was perfect for our little son. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Except there was a children's party happening which was very loud. We couldn't stay too long in the pool with that many kids running. Dinner was so good and breakfast was delivered to our room in a timely manner and huge proportions and very good. Overall, great say!

The staff was friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub relaxing. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we are in Oklahoma.

Probably will be my go to place for OKC
This was the closest, decent looking and reasonably priced hotels near my sights house. Nicely maintained older hotel. Nice to have a decently stocked bar on site. The bartender made me a decent Old Fashioned. Did not try the restaurant but the menu looked alright if you just didn’t want to get out. Forgot my swimsuit but looked in on the pool and hot tub, both were a bit murky and looked like they needed a good shock or clarifier but other than that, they were in good condition

The room we stayed in did have a strange smell, primarily in the "living room" area. The heating also seemed to not be very efficient in the bedroom. I would recommend the mattress in the pull-out couch be replaced. For what we paid, it wasn't terrible. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was filling. There were just some things in the room that could use some updating to make guests more comfortable during their stay.

Much better inside than it looks from outside
Not much to look at from outside, but very nice inside. Good bar and food was good as well. Only complaint woukd be the AC would not go below 68 and it was so loud when running you couldn't even hear the TV.

The pool & hot tub closed. I booked due to amenities. We asked front desk if she could change big screen TV to different channel for football game. "Um. No Maintenance is tied up for 1 hour not able". Unsure why not remote available. Overall, ppl were great, staff was friendly. While we gone maid service replaced towels, took trash & made beds.

Very very clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our only concerns were 1) there was nothing to the pillows and 2) the air wouldn’t go lower than 69. We didn’t get much sleep with flat pillows in a hot room. When the air did come on it scared me every time and rattled.

The check-in clerk and the clerks I spoke with when changing rooms and checking out were also very polite and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I checked into my suite on Friday evening. It was around midnight, so my daughter and I just went to bed. The following morning I attempted to pull out the couch for my daughter to have her own bed/room in the suite. It was broken, and would not open all the way, nor would it go back in. That's when I discovered that it was still made with dirty sheets (and had a gross pen, and some other odds and ends that were down in the seat cushions). I noticed the awful BO smell coming from the couch/bed that took over the entire room. We went to the front and ended up changing rooms to another suite. I requested that they double check the pull out, but it was still dirty when I got into the room, and I had to have housekeeping clean the crumbs from off the mattress. Then the bedding kit I was given for the pull out had a ratty/torn mattress cover, and was missing the blanket and pillow case and I had to go and ask for another one. The drain in the bathtub inside the master bathroom of that suite was broken and didn't drain, but I didn't discover until I was already showering. When my shower was completed, I was knee deep in water, and it had only drained down to about an inch of water by the following morning. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this location. This was the condition of the suites!!!!!

The air conditioner did not work in my room and iy was incredibly hot. The wimen at the front desk said there was nothing they could do. I wanted a refund to which they also refused. I will NEVER stay there again.

The hotel didn't have a continental breakfast. This was fine, just unexpected. The restaurant in the hotel was having a problem with the fryer and it severely limited breakfast options. Other than breakfast, the stay was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
