comfortable stay
We really enjoyed the hot tub and spent a good bit of time playing pool with the kids. There weren’t enough sheets for use on the pull out beds or towels, and the trash hadn’t been pulled prior to us arriving. There was a smell in the kitchen and we couldn’t narrow down if it was lingering from the old trash after my husband took it out or if it was coming from the refrigerator. Other than that the house was lovely and had plenty of space for our group of 9 to spread out.

Listing information and pictures were very deceiving
First of all the listing says it has a heated pool. We get there and there is a cover on the pool. Then went to cook burgers on the grill and the grill was missing the grates and hadn’t been cleaned ever. The house was very poorly put together as well and in a bad neighborhood. It was bad enough that we left early and still payed for two nights that we didn’t use.

I told him the pool is not a heated pool and that the pool is close. He was okay but the wife started talking about going to another place. At that point they where looking for an excuse to leave the house. My neighborhood is good with lots of Shops and restaurant around.

NO HEATED POOL and dirty kitchen
We booked this property for the heated pool specified in the listing. When we got there it was covered. After contacting the owner, we were informed the listings incorrect. The hot tub was in working order, however. This was a major disappointment, as we were looking for a property with a pool, not a hot tub. The house was fine other than the hair in the bathroom sink, most of the dishes needed to be cleaned again. The coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned out from the last occupants, the only working icemaker in the house was filthy/Smelled terrible/had slime floating in it… After reaching out to the owner again, he was not apologetic. He claimed he wasn’t making money on the property so he could only refund us $100 but expected a five star review in return!

Excellent location
The property is centrally located which made it very convenient to visit local attractions. There were some minor repairs needed, but nothing that made the stay unpleasant. The property manager was easy to contact and work with. We loved that there was plenty of room for 6 of us to enjoy. The pool table was a big bonus for us.

Summertime value
I wish our visit had been in the summer time and not the late fall. The house is set up perfectly for family get togethers but half of the value of the property is the pool area which we could not use because of the time of year. It is a spacious property even if it looks bigger in the photos, e.g. there's not quite enough room around the pool table. The dinning room too was small but perfect for playing cards. My one criticism is that when we arrived every room had a plug in air freshener and the scent of the air fresheners was choking. We put them all in the garage and happily found once the air cleared that they were not masking any underlying odor. The owner was very responsive in fact stopped by as promised to check in. We did enjoy our stay.

Family of 12 Review
The house has 3 beds and 3 pullouts. There was no air mattresses as mentioned. There were no sheets for the pullouts until day 2 when I had to demand some be provided. There was one pan to cook on that was in rough shape and 7 bath towels. We were originally provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Overall the decor was fine and the house was visibly clean. It could use a deep cleaning, especially under the beds. I am frustrated that the house wasn’t really as advertised and barely had any amenities for the 12 people I booked for. When I originally asked the owner for supplies he said that he provided enough for what I booked for. However, I paid extra to have 12 at the house. So the implication that I was dishonest was uncalled for. I had to reach out several times to the owner to be provided more supplies. They did come and provide some items, but I shouldn’t have had to ask. Future guests should prepare to bring most things (paper goods, trash bags, wash rags and towels, sheets and bedding, and more). The kids liked the pool, hot tub and pool table (even though it was a little hard to play in the small space). There were no instructions for the house provided, so at checkout I tried to leave things as I found them. I’ve had better experiences honest listings, open communication and better instructions.

Well we did are best to this family but they kept on complaining. Vingo house has everything, we take care of are guests. Some people will always complain no matter what. They where too noisy and my neighbors keeps complaining.

Nice and Relaxing
Very nice property. Close to Walmart, which was convenient. The pool and hot tub were the favorite activities. Plenty of parking. TV in every room. The kitchen could’ve used a few more tools for truly cooking your own dinner. overall, it met all of our needs and are a big family of 12 had somewhere to stay that was roomy.

Weekend getaway and baby shower
Had an excellent stay at this property. Hosted a baby shower, the living room and kitchen were very spacious and just perfect for hosting. Lots to do at this property and had a great time. Conrad made last minute arrangements with me and would absolutely love to rent again.

What you were short on.
Need to leave more towels in kitchen and trash bags! We went and bought more trash bags. We also bought more dishwashing soap because could not hand wash dishes! Also because the pool guys left the hot tub top off, it filled up with leaves and would not come back on till we covered it and let it sit.

DO NOT RENT dirty home in terrible neighborhood
Let me start with saying this place should not be a listing on vrbo. The home was dirty upon arrival. Floors especially were sticky and unswept. Sinks were dirty. A dead mouse full of flies on the driveway into the house. Lots of flies in the home. Over use of scented plugins. Not a sufficient supply of towels. Bugs on top of bedspread. The house next door had a big pile of trash in the front yard. The house across the street had a broken front glass and shredded curtains in the front. Homeless man walking around the front of the home. Neighborhood felt as if it was as unsafe. We did not stay at the house. Asked for a refund, host refused and said his house was clean. I have filed a formal complaint and all vrbo said was that I needed to work it out with the host. He was uncooperative. DO NOT RENT this home if you like a clean, safe and secured vacation rental.

Good stay but lacked host communication
The house was great for the big group that we had. Communication with the host was frustrating. We reached out to the host for any check-in information or additional information we might need the day before our stay and we were not given our check in information until 3:00pm the day we checked in, and there was no additional information given than what was briefly texted. We also received no information about checking out, even after contacting the host during our stay. There was also only 6 towels for our entire group of 12 and there weren't enough sheets for all the couch beds we were using. We were not told anything about needing to bring towels/linens so it was frustrating to show up to the house and not have those amenities. The pool and house were clean and again great for our purpose. We just wished we would've been aware that we needed to bring towels/linens/blankets and had better communication about how to check in and out.

We had NO issues. I contacted Conrad about some blankets and he got right back with me. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is nice and very accessible to all kinds of drug stores, walmart, restuarants, etc. Had a great time!

Perfect house for our family gathering
My niece was receiving her PhD so we went to oklahoma to celebrate her graduation. The location was perfect. We had a family BQ/Pool party at the house and had room for everyone. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive to our needs. The listing does say a 4 bedroom but it's actually 3 but plenty of roll outs that worked just fine for all our teenagers. Would definitely rent there when we visit again.

Fantastic home with great communication from Conrad. The home was very clean and had a wonderful decor and comfortable beds for a family of 8 in a very safe neighborhood and close to major highways where we could go anywhere in the OKC area. I highly recommend this home not to mention the incredible heated pool and outside kitchen

No as advertised!!
It is advertised as a 4 bedroom that sleeps 16. This is a 3 bedroom with fold out couches in the living room. It sleeps 12. The house is too small for large groups. There is no room to gather. There is a nice pool table, but the room is too small to use it. Also a dining table in a tiny room that can’t be used. Don’t expect any communication from owner either. The main toilet backed up and Conrad wouldn’t answer vrbo message, or his cell phone to get it fixed. So we had 1 bathroom for the whole group. Handy!! Would not recommend

Great Place Overall
Great place overall. Cons: Place could be cleaned up in some areas. Looks like it’s in the process of that though. Instructions for tvs and lights would help also. Pool table needs to be re thought out. You can’t shoot effectively on two sides due to proximity to walls. Not as close to downtown as we would have liked. Pros: Sleeps a ton of people. Extra towels. Pool is nice to have although we didn’t use it. Plenty of TVs. Kitchen area is nice. Bedrooms are great.

This house was AMAZING!! The only thing was the slide did not work and we weren’t aware of that. But anyways, we had a blast and the place was so comfortable and clean.

Property was great for 4 people. The kids loved the pool and it was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Convenient location. Neighborhood was run down but never had any issues. People in OKC are pretty chill. Overall, it was a good stay and served the purpose we rented it for. Owner was also nice to work with.

Fun stay but needs some work
The pool slide and diving board are not secure. You can’t really play pool because there isn’t enough room. Overall, it was fine for our family vacation but I’m not sure it would comfortably sleep 16.

We came to OKC for family vacation, the home was just as described it was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the owner responded quickly when we needed something. Great location was neat a Walmart and strip for shopping or if we needed last minute necessities. We will visit again!

Great spot for a family & the pool was so FUN!
Conrad was kind and helpful, but we had to reach out to him to check in and enter the home, which was stressful. The pool slide and diving board need some maintenance in order to make them safe to use. The pool table itself is great, but the space doesn’t allow for you to truly play since the sticks don’t have room to aim. The new AC, bathroom towels and smart tv’s in each room are very nice. I would suggest providing bath mats and hand soap in each bathroom. I would also suggest cleaning the BBQ grill and providing some basic kitchen supplies- salt, pepper, oil, and more than just two kitchen towels. The house was a great choice for us overall. I just wanted to share some reasonable suggestions.

Perfect for our group
This property was perfect for us- we were in town for a family wedding and needed a place for our family to stay- the pool was a perfect place for the kids and adults to hang out during the day prior to the festivities. It seems like everything was newly remodeled and furnished and beds were comfortable . It was very clean and had wonderful new smart televisions and a pool table.
