The 2 bed 2 baths downstairs apartment is located close to OU Campus, to Norman Regional Hospital, and a short drive from many restaurants and bars. It is a unit on an apartment complex, a fully furnished apartment with all the modern amenities. CART bus stop on property. Walking distance from the stadium, restaurants, and bars. Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. Other things to note Guests have access to pools and laundry. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5\* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. Sanitizing Kit is also available at the listing. Guests are only able to cast their phones to TV. We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Also they were doing some improvements to the apartment next door, workers talked loudly. If your a light sleeper this would bother you, if not, great rental. ##### Anita M.
