Nice 3 bed, 2 bath with fireplace, spacious back patio deck with grill, fire pit with outdoor seating, nice sized backyard, washer & dryer, coffee maker, internet access. All the amenities to make you feel right at home. Centrally located with everything you need close by or within walking distance. You will love the location. Pet friendly, dog park across the street. WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE UPON REQUEST! Can include ramp and does have metal holding handles in both bathrooms.

Pros and cons
I’ll start with pros: 1) plenty of room and beds. 2) property manager was easily reachable 3) clear rules and info on home. 4) property allows for dogs 5) nice backyard 6) easy entry into home. Cons: 1) beds are firm (great if you like more firm beds) I like softer beds so it was a con for me. 2) bedrooms do not have curtains so it is bright in rooms in the morning. No window covering on sliding glass door in living room either. There was a neighbor dog barking all night. Not owner of properties fault but it was both nights. Could only hear from main bedroom. 3) let the owner know there were knats. She dismissed that there were none when they cleaned. They were everywhere including swarming the garage. 4) owner called before arrival and was very detail and almost too direct about all the rules that were already on the instructions. 5) owner called the morning of check out twice starting at 9:00 and also sent text with more info that she had already said on call before check in and in the email instructions. Check out wasn’t till 11:00 and there was no sleeping in due to the calls and texts. 6) we brought our dogs and she was very adamant about not letting them have accidents since they had just cleaned carpets. Shouldn’t allow pets if you don’t want them there & you are going to info guest not to let them have accidents a few times on call Overall stay was okay. Never had another vrbo owner call so many times. Don’t think I’ve ever spoken to another owner before.

Cute, Comfy, Perfect!
This darling renovated property was perfect for my family’s stay in Edmond. The house was comfortable and decorated so well. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. The home was very clean and the kitchen had all we needed. The host was a great communicator. The yard was immaculately manicured. Every detail was thought of. We will definitely stay again when we return to Edmond.

Location was perfect for access to the OCU campus and town. Everything I needed was less than a 15 minute drive away. House was clean and cozy and had all the amenities needed to cook and do laundry to bring home to my daughter!

Great location
This house was so quaint and well decorated for a rental. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The rooms were all comfortable and roomy enough for several twenty something’s to get ready for graduation. The property manager was responsive to our questions. Great location for shopping, eating and trips to OKC! I will rent again next time we are going to the city.

Great home!
This was a great place for our family stay, and the host was very helfpul! It had plenty of room, was well-maintained, and had plenty of extras. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. Next time we are in OKC - this will definitely be our first preference to stay.
