Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath located in the heart of downtown/Bricktown OKC! With 2 covered parking spots and a clubhouse on the 5th floor, an outdoor patio with views of Midtown/Downtown, it has an amazing location with all the conveniences. It has many amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and two walk-in closets. All utilities included (electric, gas, water, wifi), new paint throughout the unit, new floor tile in kitchen, new carpets in bedrooms and closets. This unit can be conveniently shared by two adult renters. Fully furnished. I'll be glad to show you this beautiful property.
