Kitchen utilities could be a bit cleaner but we survived. One important thing is that we signed a contract saying we would follow the rules, and one of them was the garbage rule, but we didn't find anything that explained how to get rid of the garbage. Luckily I don't mind bugs, but if you do, keep the windows closed.
