I booked for 2 days and ended up staying only 1 day and checked out. Overall horrible experience and never will stay in any Coldio property when visiting okinawa. The good: - washer and dryer - good water pressure - large trash can The bad: - impossible checkin process. Never received qr or 6 digit code. Nobody is there to help. Cleaning staff and person over the phone spoke little to no English. - dusty under the sofa, bed - table is too dirty (woven wood making it difficult to clean) - very loud environment (loud car noise until 1am at night) - lot of light pollution in the room. The coldio sign in the mirror lights up in bright blue.
