Our stay ay Blue Steak was excellent. It was so clean and comfortable. During our stay we, unfortunately, experienced a power outage. It was pretty hot out! The hotel surprisingly didnt get too bad, thanks to the blackout curtains. They did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and to make it up to us. We really appreciated it and would stay again! The room is very spacious and clean, and the staff is very nice and helpful. ##### Ng Lai Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### John 7 Mar 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication First the hospitality is second to none! every staff member meets at the door and makes sure you have everything you need, with a warm smile. the first day arrived, it was such a warm homie feeling, right away you feel relaxed, entering the room was just mind blowing how it was very clean, cosy, and the bed with pillow were great! this hotel has all the main stream hotels beat hands down; the only thing they don't have is a fitness room but the walk along the seawall will take of that; only a beautiful 2.5 mile ocean seawall walk to the American village. made me sad i had to leave. There are tons of shops nearby, all easily walkable. The check-in and check-out was a very quick process (as long as you do your pre check-in questionnaire before arriving.)
