The room was basic and spacious, the beds were hard but that seems to be the norm in Japan. The area by the hotel is ok, it’s in the middle of a business/residential area. It is roughly a 10min walk to the train station and within walking distance of multiple eating locations. You’ll want to go to a different area. Had to sneak in behind other occupants to get to the check-in system to get into our room. This was a very stressful ordeal in a foreign city, late at night.
