"I had an exceptional stay that exceeded nearly every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a stress-free visit. The room itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like it had been engineered for perfect sleep, and I appreciated the small details—plush towels, quality toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Housekeeping maintained everything to a high standard throughout my stay. The amenities were equally impressive. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the relaxing common areas, or the on-site dining options, everything felt polished and well cared for. Speaking of dining, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served with care. "The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! He said it would be fixed the next day and that never happened. The real issue though was that the property blew a fuse and there was NO electricity for 12 hours and the property manager was nowhere to be found. When he did respond, instead of owning up to it, the host said the entire village was without power, which was a bold-faced LIE as ALL of Oia was LIT UP! The reality is that it was only his 4 or 5 units and within 30 seconds of the maintenance crew showing up 12 hours later, the electricity was back on!!! That is not a village problem, that is a JUST BLUE problem. We can handle no TV. We can handle a fuse blowing, but we can't handle the unresponsiveness to our requests to fix it. The worst part though is that they LIED to hide the truth AND that is unacceptable. NOBODY should have to pay their hard earned money for an accommodation that has NO POWER for half a day!!!!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!! "

"We stayed at Perivolas for a long weekend and if you’re thinking about booking — do not hesitate! We would 100% recommend this hotel. We were blown away by the incredible views, the faultless service, the stunning room, and the perfect location. Everything was absolutely beautiful. We had booked a sunset dinner in Oia, but honestly the view from our room was just as spectacular. It’s the ideal location for a gentle stroll into Oia, and a great base if you want to explore further around the island. Believe the reviews — this place is utterly amazing!"

"We had an amazing hotel stay at the Andronis Luxury Suites. The room was large, comfortable bed , large bathrooms and large area for a closet . The views are simply SPECTACULAR! We had a private pool and after a long day exploring Oia it was the perfect way to unwind and cool off. The staff was also great ! Always smiling & extremely helpful with requests . "
