This is a house that is divided into three units. This unit is downstairs and includes a queen size bed and a sleeper ottoman. Also included is a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Includes heat and air condition, one bath with shower. Linens: Includes towels, washcloths, and bedding. Mattress are new in 2023. Free street parking in front. Free Wifi A copy of your driver's license or state ID must be emailed within 72 hours of booking the reservation to StayInOhiopyle@gmail.com. Fire pit available for use. It has been installed in the yard. Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive. Laundromat available next door. We do not own it so please check the hours. Garden hose available on the side of unit #1 “The Andrea” or the front of #4, “The Joseph” Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 small child under 10. All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour. NO SMOKING. A $250 charge will be charged to the credit card for smoking within the unit. It is walkable to everything in town including coffee, bars, restaurants, bike/raft rentals, the waterfall & museum as well as the rail trail. You really couldn’t get a better location. Andrea, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond when I left something at the room and helped to arrange it to be shipped back to me, something she absolutely did not have to do, but did so because she is a kind and gracious host. It rained too much for us to enjoy the fire pits, but it would have been fun. The hot tub on the deck is a fun touch. It was thoroughly cleaned and there were plenty of towels, utensils, paper towels, etc available for use. Despite it being a very busy weekend, parking was still available for us prior to check in. I will note that if there is someone staying in the adjacent unit you will hear them—even just normal walking around. This was in no way a downside, just something to keep in mind.
