  • Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

this is the second time we stayed at the house. It is a wonderful place and meets all of our needs. Our hosts called immediately when the pilot light on the fireplace went out. We were surprised that there were no coffee filters and a step stool for the high beds would have been helpful. Everything else was perfect.

The Perfect Post-Holiday Vacation

My family and I have stayed at Olivia & Mark's property for several years now. Perfect spot for Women's Weekend

This was a great place for six women to reconnect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather. Well equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of the sunrise over the beach. Uncrowded winter walks on the beach are the best - we did one every day.

Family vacation

We loved our stay in Wells! From my 88yr-old mother to our grandchildren, the house was perfect. My mom had a bedroom and bathroom with accessible shower on main level where she could access deck. We had the deck, a lower level to sit and the amazing beach and ocean. We had everything we needed and Olivia was always responsive to questions. Just waiting to go back next year!
