  • 5 minute walk to two different public access ways. Ocean views. Fully applianced kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Two sun porches, one with views of marsh. Washer/dryer. Beautiful large front porch with rocking chairs and hammock. One full bath (renovated 2019), one 3/4 bath, one outdoor shower (hot and cold water). Three bedrooms (one bedroom includes a kind bed, one bedroom includes a queen bed, one bedroom includes two full beds). Off street parking for 3 vehicles. Knotty pine dining room. Cable/WIFI. Gas grill. Feel at home while enjoying all that Wells and the surrounding areas have to offer. Lots to do in the Summer and Fall.
