The staff was really friendly, the rooms and linens were super clean and smelt great! As a female solo traveler, I felt extremely safe. I'm probably going back up the end of summer and will 100% stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean, beds were clean and very comfortable but the room smelled very musty. There were no tissues in the dispenser, not a major issue but I would expect It to be checked as a standard practice when cleaning. We initially thought one of the outlets wasn’t working as we couldn’t charge our phone but then discovered the outlet was regulated by a light switch on the wall. A note would be useful. We were there only for an overnight so it was perfectly fine. It’s possible we would choose elsewhere for a longer vacation type stay. The price however was excellent and worth the trade off.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Family Apartment. The unit was extremely clean, updated and spacious. We were roughly a half mile from downtown and all the shops which made it extremely nice to be able to walk and not have to take the car. Stage Run By the Sea is definitely a hidden gem.

Room was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Liza was very professional and polite. Definitely recommend staying here. I know I will again. Thank you Stage Run by the Sea in New Hampshire.

The staff was exceptional and promptly called to let me know I had left an expensive belonging behind. The room was clean enough, but there were visible stains on the bedding and lampshades. I would highly recommend asking for a second floor room, as our upstairs neighbors were up all hours of the night, therefore we were as well. In all, it was a safe inexpensive place to stay in a very expensive town.

My Monday-Friday stay here was great! Staff was very welcoming and knowledgable about the surrounding areas. The pool was heated & well maintained. The room was clean, A/C worked great, and TV was quite easy to use. I was excited to see I had a tub as well as a detachable shower head. The beach was a 15-minute walk away and was absolutely lovely. Many shops & restaurants were within walking distance as well. This stay ended up being under-budget for me, too, so I consider it a steal. My trip was late June, so just before peak season, and it was great. I’d definitely stay again!

AC worked fine,never saw only to get towels, parking limited, Room looked newly painted one plus floors dirty bathroom disgusting needs nee bathtub Have difficulty walking cant climb stairs asked for first floor wouldn”t change because we used Expedia which we mostly use without issue needlees to say terrible week on stairs fell once which was enough ruined a good beach coverup covered w/ blood two latge bruises which will need wound care very dissapointed with stsy would never stay there again & would never recommend to anyone totally ruined my vacation
