New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Unit has parking for one car. The patio suite has Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table for that morning coffee or evening beverage. Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the Marginal way and our beautiful beach. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is the perfect alternative to a crowed hotel. Please note: 1\. No Smoking. We do not allow smoking anywhere in the home or on property. 2\. No Pets.
