"Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space for a family to spread out! Back sun porch sitting area is absolutely Beautiful with tons of fresh ocean air! Ocean walkway right across the street, could easily and quickly run back to house for restroom from the beach. We've been vacationing in Wells for 30+ years and will definitely be staying here from now on!"

"We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was staying with Benda and Phil (and Ollie). From the remote setting, to the quiet upstairs apartment, this truly had everything we needed for 9 days. Brenda has decorated with the traveler in mind. "This impeccable cottage had everything my family needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Biddeford. Although we did not spend much time in the cottage itself due to UNE graduation festivities, we totally would have enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful rock garden and fire pit had time allowed. Echo, the host, was friendly, pleasant and receptive. I highly recommend this Vrbo."

"The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!"

"Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer."
