AQVAE Unconventional Country House
Inside a property of over 10 thousand m2, the house was part of an old factory from the late 1800s that was destroyed by a fire. The recovery project also includes the restoration of the old waterfall that fed the structure where a hydraulic screw (Archimedes' screw) has currently been inserted that produces "green" electricity from a renewable source. A project totally based on the logic of eco-sustainability and energy independence of the structure. The exterior consists of a large garden completely available, a paved terrace of 40 square meters with seats. A hammock and sun loungers complete the arrangements to fully enjoy nature and the countryside. Perfect for long stays or to be used with family, with friends on a weekend or as a base for trips and business meetings in the name of comfort and relaxation. A mix of rustic and contemporary that together with the soft colors, make it warm and welcoming even outside.
