"Great location and very responsive hosts. Loved all the space in this home. It was great for our family reunion. Fun to have a hot tub right outside the back door, and close to recreation at Pineview Reservoir. We loved having three living areas so our large family could spread out and do different things at the same time. The house was very clean, had a beautiful backyard, and was easy to find on Google Maps. Driveway was big, and we could park five cars between the garage and driveway spaces (probably could have fit six, if two small vehicles were in the garage). Check-in instructions worked great, and Janet/Jeff were very responsive to my communication prior to our stay.A couple quick things (none of which would prevent me from booking again!): some of the details in the VRBO listing and rules document didn't quite match up with the house--small things like garage door opener wasn't there (communicated with host quickly to resolve!), number of beds was tricky to decipher (found the trundle bed in one of the rooms on the final day), there was no parking across the street, and it was unclear if certain things would be provided (like paper goods in the kitchen). Again, these are all very little details and did not prevent us from having a great time!"

"We loved our stay. The large kitchen had everything we needed. Our large family loved that there were tons of beds and rooms. We used the pool more than we thought we would as well as the hot tub, all of it was just as it was described and we expected. We appreciated that there were plenty of of pool towels.It was a community pool and our kids met some new friends, but it never felt crowded. We loved that there were no “HOA Karens” at the pool :) The back porches (upstairs and downstairs) became the gathering place for everyone. The view is fantastic and we were visited each morning by deer and wild turkeys. We watched hawks hunt in the fields behind us. The smell after an exciting summer thunder and lightning storm was phenomenal! We watched the moon rise over the mountains from the back porch. Indescribable beauty. The lake was a disappointment this year (not the hosts fault… the city decided to drain it this year for repairs) but we hiked and biked and golfed and swam in the pool. Plenty to do. Everything in the home worked just like it should. Internet/TV was good. Appliances all worked great. (We never did figure out to turn the fridge’s ice-maker on, but nbd) I didn’t interact much with the host, which for me is a compliment. We had everything we needed.We’ve stayed in similar properties in this area many years in a row and this was our favorite. We’re already looking forward to returning next year."
