The place was cleaned no text from Donna. I’m asking for one day compensation of 375\. Donna offered 150, this is not acceptable. The place was dirty. Donna was not proactive in reaching out to me I always had to reach out to her. This was a bad experience trying to coordinate while on vacation. Also, not sanitary I ended up getting sick. Not impressed with the service and I have had great experiences in the past with VRBO.
