Our son is stationed at Hill AFB and this is our second time renting here. It is clean, comfortable and has so many conveniences. We will be back!

This is my second stay at this location. The physical location is great for our purposes, communication with the property manager is fairly easy and straight forward. Only knock would be that the place wasn't as clean as our pervious stay. Overall would definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment!

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. It was located near tons of food, shopping, and amenities. The only negative I experienced was be aware if you're staying on the bottom floor, because if you are sensitive to noise, you may hear a lot of foot traffic and movement from your neighbors above you.

The Host is very nice! Instructions are simple and precise.. Also: It has easy access to HAFB and to freeways. We went in for a funeral and it was perfect for 6 adults. The place is very clean and comfortable and the beds were great. It is a condo on the first floor. We could hear upstairs neighbors, getting up in the morning but otherwise ok. We do not smoke or vape but the neighbors upstairs did sit on the staircase and did just that and threw their cigarette butts on the floor below.I hope they get the fine! Overall: the hosts are pleasant, accommodating and the space was perfect for our needs. It has easy access to different places and surprisingly quiet from outdoor traffic. I would definitely return to visit family in Layton area! Thank you!

Weekend out with elderly parents

We travel with my elderly (and very opinionated) parents on this trip. The location and house was great for my dad that has mobility issues. My mother had very nice things to say about the place and she is usually a critic. Overall great place!!!

Very spacious and clean property. We had plenty of space, basic amenities to be able to make meals while visiting. Convenient location visiting our son in the military at Hill Air Force Base only minutes away.

Nice place and good location.

There was a sign to please not wear our shoes. So we didn’t for a few hours and we found out that the floors were very dirty. Other than the floors everything was clean.

This apartment is cute, well decorated, comfy furniture. The hosts were great, they stayed in touch in case we needed anything. We didn’t really have any problems. It was close to my daughters dance competition, which was great for us. It was a good price too.

Will be our new spot for when we visit family. The only thing we noticed is the rules asking not to wear shoes inside, which we complied, but then the bottoms of our feet were completely black in a very short time. Might just bring house slippers next time.
