Staff both evening and morning very friendly and helpful. I was a little worried about check in since a bus had arrived. They had everything all set and I didn't have to wait. Reception drinks and nachos was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Had a king bed on 4th floor so quiet and room was spacious.
