Good a room upgrade which was nice - slightly bigger room with better views. Clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! So much that we are already planning to go back for my husbands birthday next year. The staff were all great, from helpful and attentive reception and breakfast staff to the friendly cleaners who all always seemed happy and cheerful. The room was huge and very clean with a great shower and lovely balcony area to sit and relax. There was so much to do in the local area that we wished we were staying much longer than the 3 days we had before...

Perfect hotel for a short ski break over the weekend, great location right next to one of th main gondolas and lots of taxis or a free bus to get to central Solden. All the staff were amazing, especially Krasamir who served us for breakfast and dinner every day. Always with a smile he couldn't be more helpful and was great providing gluten free options for my wife. Food was excellent, rooms and facilities top notch, our party couldn't have been happier, thank you!

Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. Very friendly & helpful staff, amazing wellness area and superb food, both breakfast and dinner. The only downside is the sound insulation between the rooms. Overall a great stay!
