The apartment is on the first floor and has two balconies. The one balcony is protected on the south side and on two sides of house walls, the front balcony is covered by a large canopy and thus provides a cozy place even in bad weather. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a box spring double bed and one with two single box spring beds that can also be pushed together. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. Ice box, 4-ring hob, oven and dishwasher. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots & pans and other utensils for all guests available. The large, bright living room offers enough space to relax with its two comfortable sofas. Sehr hell und sauber mit Dachterasse. Ich fand es großartig direkt vom Badfenster auf den Pferdestall zu schauen. Unser Sohn (4 Jahre) hatte seinen Spass mit den Pferden und Ziegen (alle ließen sich streicheln) und mit dem Trampolin. Ein Spielplatz ist auch gleich nebenan und der Oldenstädter See ist nur ca 10 km entfernt und ist super zu Baden - auch für Kinder, da es z.T extrem flach reingeht.
