It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t great. The lack of hot water is really my buzkill as was since the pools out of order, you can’t access the gym. Also the overnight front desk staff will reject your calls. I had to double call more than once because it’d go to voicemail mid ring so I know they just denied the calls. However every interaction other than that with the staff was pleasant. Nice people. Breakfast was okay however there was no juice and the container they use for the milk lets the milk get air in it which changes the taste. But it was in a clean area and ready when it was time for breakfast. My room was pretty clean but I looked at the sheets and was not pleased, however the mattress under the sheets was clean so I just put a disposable on it. It’s a place to sleep and a place to get a Luke warm shower. Could be improved in some areas. I won’t go as far to give this place a bad rating because from the sounds and looks of it it’s one of the better cheaper options. Just know since you’re not paying nice hotel price, you don’t get things like nice hot water or a gym or anything. I wouldn’t recommend long term stays here personally but it’s good if you just need a place to rest your head that isn’t awful and saves some money. I will stay again if I have to in the future. Please fix the pool. And please make the gym accessible despite the pool being down. And turn the temp on the hot water tank up.

Everything was dirty. Specimen in & on our toilet, hair everywhere from the restroom floor, tub & sink to the bedding area. This manager was awful
This manager lady in the mornings took it upon herself to change the room I Ordered and change it back to the room I was in becaise she didnt want to chamge anything in the computer so i was charged a deluxe suiet when i only got a normal room yet she charged me for the delux suiet she was unhelpful and rude wouldnt give me number to corporate ar of the owner

We have been staying at this super 8 motel every time we go to Odessa to see family for the last eight years which is at least two times a year. This will be the last time we will stay at this super 8 motel. The front help was so rude at first they said we did not even have reservations then I showed them my email.Afer I make the reservations I always call the motel and ask for a handicapped room. They said I never even called them. The breakfast if could call it that was coffee brown water old tasting waffles runny scrambled eggs old tasting Sasage Needless to say I am very disappointed in this stay. You thin indoor pool but it’s not heated and the jacuzzi is away broke

Will never stay here again!
Room had a horrible smell and the heater was broken where I told the desk clerk she didn’t seem to care. Had a film on everything in the bathroom and the floor of the shower had a slimy feel to it.

My husband has been staying there during the week for work purpose and every Monday morning when heading back down to Odesa he request that I book his room only at this Super 8 He says its very clean and the staff is very friendly.
