Looked at four different rooms before we found one that would work. Each had an issue like no air conditioning, heavy smoke, bathroom door jammed, so it wouldn’t open, etc. The lady at the front desk was super nice though. In fairness they were doing some remodeling. I do think if a room is Unsuitable they should not rent it out.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The door wouldn’t lock. The bathroom door looked like a dog chewed through it. The chipping in the bath tub looked like poop. The remote for the television didn’t work properly. The sheets were badly stained. Overall, not impressed.

Walls are very thin, can hear your neighbors conversations. Restrooms were dirty, my restroom had what look like blood on the wall. The shower head was barely hanging on.

They charge you twice, and try to up charge you!
Booked on hotels.com arrived to hotel and was told they didn’t have my room available, only suites for $30 more. Parking lot was only half full. It was late and I was tired so I went ahead and paid to book thru hotel. The lady assured me the reservation was cancelled on hotels.com. Come to find out I was billed twice!!! Thankfully, after almost an hour on the phone with hotels.com, they refunded my charge. Do not book this hotel! It’s such a hassle.!

The sheets were gross dirty and the bed looked like it been slept in - towels looked dirty. people talking loudly, having long conversations outside our room throughout the night. the hotel is more like a 1 stat hotel

Guide and teach the front desk lady
Our check in was so complicated that i was about to tranfer to other hotel but i cant no longer cancel it. It's midnight already when we arrived so everyone's tired. The front desk was lack of experience. If there's a mistake, i believe she should have provided or at least suggested what the client can do to resolve it. I hope next time, they will provide what kind of breakfast they have. We asked the front desk that night about the breakfast, she just answered 'well it's not me who provided the info about it'... so disappointed.

The property was reasonably clean but old. The bathrooms in particular are overdue for a refresh. However, for $67 a night and no pet fee they could have been a lot worse. All the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a quick overnight stop on a longer road trip. Half the rooms are blocked off as the hotel is under renovation.
