Our first room smelled of sewer however the manager was great and switched us to a different room. This room then had poo smeared on the front of the toilet and there was no linens for the pull out couch.

Never cleaned the rooms. There was no hot water on the last night we were there. People were drunk trying to come into my room at 2am. Had to get a new key card every night as the one I had wouldn’t work. So annoying. Other people in my group had to do the same thing for there room. There are better hotels minutes away.

Our room shower didn’t work, no upper light on mirror section. Blow dryer burn out. We not all this things in the morning when we were going to take a shower. They did offer another room but it was our only day there. It was clean and good area.

We were very disappointed. We reserved a non-smoking room and the previous person obviously smoked a great deal. The cold water side of the bathroom faucet would not even give us a drip of water. And the bathroom sink light did not work at all.

House Keeping is a bit aggressive. The housekeeper knocked once and opened the door. After explaining we were not checking out yet she then left. Not even 20 min later they were back at the door.

The activation of the card key failed two times, I had to be up and down until the front-desk lady went up to the room with me.
The furniture especially the mattress and the carpet need to be updated. The bathtub could be cleaner.
