Fully equipped kitchen, with 2 ovens, one of them with a large capacity, as well as a combined fridge and freezer. Space for at least 5 vehicles at the doorstep, has a barbecue, and two outdoor dining spaces, with incredible views and landscapes Typical Alentejo house, built from scratch, with Alentejo features and a facade that respects the customs of the area.. We highlight the feeling of space and freedom when staying in our house, in addition to the natural contact with nature. Pool measuring 11 meters by 5 meters wide, surrounded by loungers for sunbathing. A barbecue for barbecues with friends and family with access to the kitchen outside, the kitchen being fully equipped with a stove and oven that is larger than normal. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 of them with television to enjoy to the fullest with 3 complete bathrooms, one of which is a suite. The house was built by the family in 2001, and its construction is above average, which translates into greater thermal comfort. The installation of TV and Internet is via Satellite, we have 90 TV channels, only on the TV in the living room, and a maximum Wifi speed of 40mbps, with a guaranteed minimum of 4mbps. The living room, in addition to having two sofas, one for 3 people and the other for 6, also has a fireplace as well as gas central heating in all rooms, except the living room and kitchen. Easy and free uncovered parking in the space. Rules: Only allowed to make bonfire/fire in the barbecue Always keep an eye on children who frequent the pool area Security camera/recording device on property! “Video Camera pointed at the entrance of the house on the outside, towards the corner of the parking lot. Video Camera at the property access gate” additional rules Quiet period between 11 pm and 7 am. Always keep children under supervision in the pool area. Do not leave children alone in the pool area. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited. Loading/unloading motorhomes is prohibited. Take into account the environment, do not use tap water to wash vehicles. It is forbidden to make fires/bonfires. We ask that the green spaces and plants are respected, do not step on them.
