The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.

The appartment was spotless staff were really nice and friend and the best thing was the view we had and was very central to bars restaurants and the famous old town

The building was modern and the check in process was easy. The gym was nice too.
The two main issues were:
The room did not have a TV and the breakfast was left in a takeaway bag in front of the door. They did not ask for my meal choice and I really did not like the cheesy sandwich with lots of onions. I definitely would not have paid for that breakfast if I knew!
