  • Pelican's Perch is within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbour, Ocracoke Lighthouse, restaurants, and shops. Pelican’s Perch is a first-floor end unit. After a day at the beach, enjoy relaxing at the Boyette Pool.

    2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed, bedroom with Queen Bed. Primary Bath has a whirlpool tub/shower. Maximum occupancy of 4. The hallway bath has a tub/shower.

    Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, three cable TVs, and 3 DVDs. Whirlpool tub. Washing machine and dryer.

    The exterior offers two covered decks. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available.

    *This home does not provide linens.

    No Smoking/Vaping. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Limit of 2 vehicles.

    Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Memorial weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo is really cute and comfortable. Pool is a nice addition after a day on the beach. Convenient location.

Great place to stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved the central location to shops, restaurants and lighthouse. It’s not a bad walk to Springer’s Point, which we really liked. A good time was had by all!
