The bonus of a relaxing first floor den with sleeper sofa and TV provides the perfect getaway. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with Queen. 1 with two Twin Beds and a Child Size Bunk Bed. Den with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 TVs and a DVD player. Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk. Havana Cabana offers a screened porch, ground level deck, enclosed yard, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and fish cleaning bench. Basketball hoop. Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 Pets. No Smoking. Limit of 2 vehicles. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
