This wonderful waterfront property is the perfect 3 bedroom get away for your family and friends.

The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, 3 decks, screened porches, one with picnic table overlooking the canal, fenced yard, hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
