8/10 Good
"The lake view was great. Loved the beach."
‘The Huntsman’ ~ Elk Run Estates #4
10/10 Excellent
"We came to Cheboygan to do volunteer work. As a result we were gone from 7:30 in the morning until 7:30 at night. We didn't have much time to enjoy all the place offers. That being said, the cabin was very comfortable and super clean. Everything we needed for the stay was provided. The bed was very comfortable too. The only issue we had was connecting to the Internet with our phones. It was very spotty which was frustrating at times. If you want a very nice place to stay that gives a feeling of being secluded and in the country, this would be a great choice."

"We could stay here again, it was very comfortable, nicely decorated in a lodge motif. We had deer in the front yard in the morning. It was a nice space to bring our dog to."
Premier Lakeshore Retreat

"Kitchen amenities were abundant. Rooms all nice and plenty of toys, floats, etc.Needs: Hot water temps in Kitchen and main floor BR were inadequate..Too low for cleaning and comfort. We could not lock the sliding glass door to the back area."

Lodge, Indoor Pool, Game Room, Large Deck, Close to Chain of Lakes & State Trail
10/10 Excellent
"The photos on the listing don’t do this place justice. This is easily the best rental I’ve stayed at. Plenty of things to keep you busy and a huge property outside. Will definitely stay here again!!!"
Huge Private Sandy Beach! Sleeps 22! Private Suites! Some Aug/Sept Availability!
10/10 Excellent
"The location is perfect, sitting right on Black Lake. A great view and wonderful spot for our nightly fires and star-gazing. The building has quite a bit of nostalgia for our Gen X group, reminding us how motels used to be years ago. The kitchen area was big enough for our group when we wanted to be together indoors, and the covered area outside was very large as well. All around a great location and when we are in the area in the future, we will surely be looking to stay here again!"
