The location of the cabin was great for our needs, we were close to Cheboygan, Indian River, and Mackinac. The location was very peaceful and right next to the trail for walking each morning. The cabin was just as listed, very clean and well kept. The space was comfortable and all the necessary linens and kitchen items were more than enough. There was plenty of room for us to park out boat and vehicle. The host was proactive about communicating the check in procedure to us, as well as prompt about any questions we might have had. We were here for fishing and exploring. Close to Mullet Lake and about half an hour from Mackinaw City. Even closer to Cheboygan State Park. Host was fast to respond to questions. We didn't get to spend much time at the cabin but the night sky in the backyard was amazing. ##### Dawn L. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless, and Jacqueline was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the wonderful Aloha State Park and not a from downtown Cheboygan. At the same time, it was peaceful and relaxing, with access to the North Eastern State Trail. It truly really felt like a home away from home.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable getaway in a great location. You won't regret staying here! I'm hoping to come back soon. ##### Stephen S. There was a walking trail close by where we walked our dog every day. The cabin itself was warm, cozy and inviting. A gas fireplace was nice for evenings. They have a grill which was great!Our hosts were very communicative and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the tamales, my husband loved them! All in all it was a perfect stay.
