"The host was great and extremely communicative. We had no issues during our stray and found it to be a wonderful retreat and the perfect getaway for time to unwind. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat and having it delivered to the private dock right out the back door. Would recommend and stay here again! Five stars all the way!"

"Room was extra clean! Bathroom in particular. Hampton Inn beds never disappoint. So cozy. Very quiet location. The breakfast was so much more than just 'Continental'. You can chose from excellent cheese grits, self made waffles, assorted melons, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, pre-made omelets, potatoes...and of course tea and coffee. This particular location refreshes your room every other day. Would have been a nice touch if they had explained the afternoon we checked in. There is a notice on the bathroom mirror, but we didn't notice that until I'd already visited the front desk. They explained and graciously gave me fresh towels."

"The home and property as a whole was very clean and cozy feeling. It's very roomy and well thought out. There are so many things to do, we had kids ranging in age from 13 to 20 and they all had a great time with plenty of things to do. Kayaking, swimming, fishing and playing pool! The cove is perfect for hanging out on the dock and letting the kids swim and kayak without worrying about a lot of boat traffic. We will definitely be booking again!"

"This was our 2nd time staying at the Comfort Inn in Milledgeville. The lobby is nicely remodeled and clean. We were greated and the person at the desk went out of his way to find us an early check-in room. The room is very basic. Really in need of updating and maintenance. Floors are scared and ready to be replaced. Wall have bad patch jobs and need trim repair and fresh paint. Room was clean with a very strong bleach scent. Our TV had been broken by the previous people but the staff was quick to bring a new one. Furniture was fine but dated. They could use new or better quality sheets. Everything was in good working order. They do offer a decent basic breakfast and have free parking. They are decently priced and I would stay again if it was my best option, but I really expect these big hotels to be putting money back into their rooms."
